Additionally, we are unable to offer services for the shipping of alcohol or tobacco products to any countries outside our own country of domicile. This means that items such as gift hampers containing rum or cigars could only be shipped within the Republic of Ireland.

Cheque
Upon receipt and clearence of your cheque made payable to Café de Cuba your order will be dispatched.

Bank transfer
We will issue you with our bank details to action the transfer. Upon receipt of the bank transfer, your order will be dispatched.

Delivery
Where applicable delivery charges apply and will be made available at the time of order quotation.

Delivery Method and Timing
Subject to stock availability goods are dispatched within 24 hours. In order to keep your costs to a minimum delivery method is via postal service.
Estimated time of deliveries:

Ireland 1-3 working days

UK 5-7 working days

Rest of World 7-10 working days.

Should you prefer to use a courier service an extra cost will apply and you will be advised accordingly at time of order.

Refund and Return Policy
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit please return the goods within 14 days. The goods will promptly be replaced and any additional costs incurred by you will be reimbursed.
In the event that your goods are lost in the postal service every effort will be made to locate the package. Should they not arrive within an agreed time frame, we will replace your order.

If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of our goods, please return within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
